In Finland, more than hundreds of thousands of kilos of tomatoes go to waste because they are too different to fit EU standards. Jävla Sås Bolag, itself a slightly different sauce house, decided to help discriminated tomatoes and announced that tomatoes that do not fit EU standards could fit in Jävla Sås Bolag jars. A new product was born, Jävla Sås Bolag's tomato sauce. A sauce made entirely from tomatoes that have been condemned to be wasted.
